Returns Window
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
- Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., garment bag or box).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographic evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- We made an error in fulfilling your order
- For eligible cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refund Options
We offer the following options for eligible returns:
- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued to your account and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to confirm availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
- Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds except in cases where a defective item cannot be repaired, replaced, or exchanged.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Store credit or exchange confirmations will be sent to you via email.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and photos of the defect or damage.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we will:
- Exchange the item
- Repair the item
- Issue a full refund (including shipping costs)

Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Returns that do not meet our conditions (e.g., late returns, items without tags) may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
